Is there a way in the game where you can change the hair and face of your character?

Nope. No plans by Anet to add that ability either, other then deleting and remaking the character from scratch.

oh alrite, well i have another question and dont want to post another thread, is there like a list of animals you can tame? Or can i just go to any monster and tame them?
